I am doing the html/css for the site and have finished the home page and am now coding the games page (MW2 page in the screenshots on site).
I will need a coder that can code me the ladder/tournament script and all that's listed in the attached file and put in the site. I would also like the site to run on a template system (I am coding the site (html and css) in blocks as each page will have some parts of the script depending on what the page is, so a block system would be easiest for me) for easy integration at a later date if/when we decided to re-design the site.
The following sites are examples of other ladder/tournament sites so you can see what needs to be done (basically I'm building a site just like these):

As you can guess it would probable be much easier for someone with a gaming background to do the script for me but that's not important as I can give you a list of whats need and other ladder systems to look at for examples of whats needed.
I will need an admin panel with this too which should have a standard template (looks for that are not so important but must be easy to navigate and look professional).
My max budget for this is around £130-£150(GBP)/$200-$235(USD) so please give me your best offer, time span and some examples of your script work. This is currently all the money I have left to spend on the project, but will be after the winning bidder to do more work on the site in the future as needed.
Terms etc:
I will have full rights to this script after payment and you must remove the work from your pc once I have it in my hands.
You need to do all that's asked of you (list in attached file).
